ID Athletic designs and manufactures custom sportswear, off-field merchandise, and promotional apparel for clubs, schools and businesses across Australia.

WHERE IS ID ATHLETIC BASED?

Our showroom is located on 84 Howe Street, Osborne Park in Western Australia, however we service nation wide.

WHO DOES ID ATHLETIC WORK WITH?

DO YOU ONLY SUPPLY SPORTSWEAR?

No. In addition to our on-field sportswear, we also promotional apparel and branded merchandise including tees, hoodies, polos, caps and accessories.

ARE YOUR UNIFORMS FULLY CUSTOM?

Yes. All sublimated designs are custom-made to suit your club colours, logos and requirements.

CAN YOU HELP WITH THE DESIGN?

Yes. We offer design support to help bring your ideas to life or to tweak previous designs.

CAN YOU MATCH EXISTING CLUB COLOURS?

Yes. We can colour-match as closely as possible using supplied colour references or existing uniforms.

ORDERING & PROCESS FAQs

WHAT IS THE ORDERING PROCESS?

Initial Enquiry
Design and approval
Production
Delivery/Pick up of your order

We will guide you through each step of the process.

HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION TAKE?

Production varies depending on the product that is ordered. The general rule of thumb is:

Sublimation items: 5 to 6 weeks from payment
Screen Printing, Transfers and Embroidery items: 4 weeks from payment

We also offer Sole Identity for smaller transfer orders, which you can receive in 2 weeks or less.

DO YOU HAVE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES?

Minimum order quantities (MOQs) depend on what product you are after. We offer a wide range of options that have no MOQs.

CAN I SEE SAMPLES OF THE PRODUCTS BEFORE I PLACE THE ORDER?

Yes. We have a wide range of quality samples available for viewing in our showroom based in Osborne Park alternatively our sales staff are happy to meet with you and bring samples.

FIT & SUSTAINABILITY FAQs

WHEN MIGHT ID ATHLETIC NOT BE THE BEST OPTION?

We may not be ideal if you need:

Same day production or next day production.
Merchandise we are not licensed to manufacture.
Retail products created by other brands.

HOW MUCH DOES CUSTOM SPORTSWEAR COST?

Pricing depends on:

Garment type
Garment complexity
Quantity
Customisation method

We provide tailored quotes depending on what you are looking for. Each customer requires something different and we make sure that we provide them with the best possible pricing option to suit their needs.

DO YOU OFFER BULK DISCOUNTS?

Yes. Larger orders will result in better per-unit pricing.

HOW DO I REQUEST A QUOTE?

ARE THERE HIDDEN FEES?

No. Our quotes will outline all costs required for the order.

DO YOU DELIVER AUSTRALIA-WIDE?

Yes. We can deliver across all of Australia, including regional areas.

CAN WA BASED CUSTOMERS PICK UP THEIR OWN ORDER?

Yes, they can pick their order up from our showroom in Osborne Park.
